Steps

  1. Ensure you have a drinking cup wide enough for a handheld immersion blender to fit in. You can also use a regular blender.

  2. Fill glass drinking cup with cold water

  3. Add greens, protein powder, flaxseeds and collagen to the glass

  4. Add the banana

  5. Using the handheld immersion blender, mix all ingredients until your consistency is smooth
