Ingredients
5 ripe avocados
¼ red onion peeled and finely diced
1 green jalapeno seeds mostly removed and finely chopped (optional for spice)
1 lime
½ cup of cilantro cleaned, stems discarded and chopped
Steps
Slice avocados in half, remove pit and scoop our avocado from skin using a spoon
Add avocados to medium serving bowl or a molcajete bowl
Using a fork or pestle, smash the avocado into the bowl
Combine remaining ingredients in the bowl and the juice of the lime. Feel free to use ½ a lime depending on how acidic you want your guacamole.
