Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1 apple, diced
2 scoops Truvani vanilla protein powder
4 eggs
1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch kosher salt
Steps
Pre-heat oven to 350ºF.
Grease muffin tin with either butter or coconut oil
Whisk in eggs, protein powder and yogurt
Add in remaining ingredients. Once everything is combined, divide evenly amongst 12-muffins.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
