Ingrid is a thought leader and sought-after presenter with expertise in fitness programming, management, and leadership. She is the recipient of the prestigious 2024 IDEA Fitness Leader of the Year Award and is a former US National Team member in Rhythmic Gymnastics. Ingrid speaks from the heart and from the front line to educate and inspire others in leveraging healthy habits and a positive mindset as a means towards personal and professional growth.

She regularly presents at global industry events and conferences and her most recent achievement has been the creation and launch of MSING|™ - Elemental Movement. MSING|™- a foundational movement practice that improves functional strength and primal mobility, set to soul-stirring Afrobeats.
